17th - 23rd June

The Cervical Cancer Screening Awareness Week aims to highlight the importance of regular cervical screening for women’s health, which can prevent up to 75% of instances of cervical cancer. The following study, recently published in BMC Cancer, aimed at assessing baseline knowledge and intended behavior of both women and men to enable design specific targeted messages to increase uptake of cervical cancer screening and promote early detection of women with symptoms.
